I want to know why we have to build more housing at Rutherford Ave, where the traffic situation is already horrendous, and think that people are actually going to want to live there, when they cannot even sell condo's on the waterfront in the navy yard...the C-Town Bridge has an article today about Bridgeview lofts and the architects actually believe there will be no impact to the neighborhood...are you for real?
Why must the BRA jam housing into an industrial area, next to a recycling plant, and think it's going to be wonderful.
Must Charlestown have every square inch covered with buildings?
and because it's considered "industrial" area, there are no height restrictions, although once this is built it will then be considered "residential", how convenient is this...."and the people who rent will be students", (not at 2000.00 per month)
another white elephant is going up people...it's time the put an end to this madness. |
